How do I know what size to order?
There is a link on each product page with sizing information. I have also included it here for you.

Will the apparel color and design be exactly as shown?
Due to the many variations in browsers and monitors, t-shirts, tank tops, and other apparel colors may appear differently on your screen or monitor. I do my very best to make sure my product pictures and swatches are as close to the exact product as possible. However, since it is impossible to guarantee my online colors will look the same on all devices, I do not guarantee that what you see portrays the exact color of the item. If you have questions about a particular color, contact me for clarification before ordering.

Regarding the design or text: Most options are white or black, except specialty items indicated as such. Please remember that white displays better on darker colors and black on lighter ones. If you are unsure, I will gladly create (1) free proof after you place your order (please add a note in the comment section during check-out).

Could you tell me what the care/washing instructions are?
Care instructions are included with each order. They are also on each product page below the sizing information.

What are my payment options?
Moxie Momma accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit card payments. You may also pay using Apple Pay, Amazon Payments, Google Pay, or Meta Pay. Cash is accepted if the purchase is made in person. I no longer accept PayPal and do not accept personal checks.

Will I be charged sales tax?
All orders purchased within Ohio will be charged a 6.5% sales tax.

How long will it take to receive my order?
For processing and shipping times, please see this page. Additionally, you will receive live shipping times from the carrier during check-out.

Do you ship to Canada or Internationally?
No, currently, I only ship within the United States.

What happens if I accidentally enter the wrong shipping address?
Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address, and I will attempt to update your address. Moxie Momma is not liable if the address was entered incorrectly and cannot make changes once an order has shipped.

My package was marked delivered, but I haven’t received it. Why is that?
Moxie Momma is not responsible for packages marked delivered by USPS or UPS. If your package is marked delivered by, but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or call 1-800-ASK-USPS or  UPS at 1-888-742-5877 to file a claim and investigate the missing package.

Do you know where I can view my Order Status or Order Details?
To view your complete order history, including the status of all your orders and wish lists, you can log into your Account.
