While I do my best to keep inventory updated, specific colors and sizes may temporarily become out-of-stock. I will keep you informed of any changes that might impact your order. I am prepared and ready to support you in any way possible. In addition, below are some frequently asked questions:

Processing time:
Each order is made to order. It will take about 3-5 business days to process and fulfill your order. During the peak holiday season (November 19 through December 31), production timelines may be extended to 6-8 business days. Still, they could take up to 10 business days, depending on the item and quantity ordered or if an item requires personalization (I'll notify you of any possible delays). 

All orders are shipped via US Postal Service or UPS depending on your selection during checkout. I cannot ship to PO Boxes and do not ship outside the United States.

*Please note that your package may be delayed due to circumstances that are out of my control once your package leaves Moxie Momma. (ex: USPS or UPS transit delays, weather, holidays, etc.).
