Returns & Exchanges
My hope is that you love your Moxie Momma item. However, if for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt. You have 14 days to return the item(s) in original condition, with the original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. This applies to both full-priced and sale items that have not been personalized. Personalized items are non-refundable.

For peace of mind, please obtain a tracking number, as I cannot refund or issue a credit for lost items. Please note, your refund will not include any shipping costs incurred or PayPal transaction fees (if PayPal was used for the original purchase) for the returned item(s).
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds:
Please contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I will replace items if they are damaged during shipping. Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there is any damage, please contact me at your earliest convenience, but no later than 48 hours after the package was delivered. Please email a digital photograph of the damaged box and/or items to email@example.com. Keep the original box, packaging materials, as well as any paperwork that came in the box. I will gladly help you file a claim if needed.
