Refund policy

Returns: 
I hope that you love your Moxie Momma item. However, if, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please get in touch with me at hello@moxiemomma.com within three days of receipt. You have 14 days to return the item(s) in original condition, with the original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. This applies to both full-priced and sale items that have not been personalized. Personalized items are non-refundable.
To complete your return, ship your item to the following address:

Please obtain a tracking number for peace of mind, as I cannot refund or issue a credit for lost items.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, I will email you that I have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed for the original purchase price and shipping.* A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method.

Late or missing refunds:
Please get in touch with your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged items:
Please look over all items carefully when you receive your order. I will replace items if they are damaged during shipping. If there is any damage, contact me at your earliest convenience but no later than 24 hours after the package is delivered. For me to file a claim with the carrier, please email a digital photograph of the damaged box, clearly showing the address label and all the contents, to hello@moxiemomma.com. I ask that you temporarily keep the original box, packaging materials, and any paperwork in the box, as the carrier may require them for the claim.

*Shipping refund applies to the original purchase only. You are responsible for shipping costs related to the return.
