I owned a different business several years ago and utilized outsourcing. While the product quality and customer service were exceptional, I felt disconnected from my customers. I was never 100% sure when the order would ship or if the product had any flaws, and it didn’t seem as personal since I wasn’t putting the package together.

When I launched Moxie Momma, I did market research but ultimately decided to keep everything in-house. From creating custom designs to purchasing a commercial use license for a design, using high-quality fabrics, and finishing with a commercial press to ensure longevity, there's no room for compromise about the quality of the products that end up in your hands.

Because I manage production and shipping in-house, I can foster community and connection throughout the order process.
