Here's Your Momma!

I am a word nerd who reads books with a pen in hand – just in case I find something inspiring. I am a writer working on my first book.  I am a magazine junkie. I make a mean guacamole and I love to fill out forms. I have a blue poison dart tree frog tattoo on my right ankle and the word ‘believe’ on my right inner wrist.  I am Georgia born, but ever since I visited NYC when I was 16 I’ve felt that it was my real home. I love musicals and hairbrush singing. I’m married to a way cool children’s book illustrator and I have two very active boys, one with Tourette’s, both with attitude served up daily. I worry constantly about forgetting those blink moments in my kids’ lives. And I believe.
